Spirit promises to bring professionalism and confidentiality to each case we investigate. We understand that it is difficult to call an organization like our selves, and we respect your right to privacy.

We bring recording devices to a client’s home or place of business to capture evidence of paranormal activity, but they are only used with the homeowner's permission. We will not share or publish any of the media or any details of the case with out the client’s permission. More sensitive cases will be dealt with by the lead investigators and will be held under the strictest confidence.

Part of what we have learned is the psychologies of making someone feel comfortable during these times of fear and uncertainty. We will do our best to help the client to understand the nature of the problem, supplying the client with the information to understand why, or what is happening and the level danger that is actually involved. We will listen to the client’s experiences and concerns. We will try to recreate and/or debunk personal experiences in an attempt to find the evidence to support or disprove paranormal activity. We will always share our findings with the client and come to a conclusion or resolution.

The client is always welcome to copies of any of the recorded media, our phones are open 24h a day should they continue to need help or comfort.

We provide this service free of charge . We don’t accept any money for this service. All expenses will be covered by membership dues and outside donations.
